Artículo 25 - máquinas Directiva 2006/42/CE - Derogación

El texto en color rojo es la modificación o el texto añadido en comparación con el anterior 98/37/CE de la directiva de máquinas.

Artículo 25 : Derogación

Queda derogada la Directiva 98/37/CE.

Las referencias a la Directiva derogada se entenderán hechas a la presente Directiva con arreglo a la tabla de correspondencias que figura en el anexo XII.

Corrigendum to Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC - (Official Journal of the European Union L 157 of 9 June 2006)

On page 34, Article 25, first subparagraph:

for: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed.’,

read: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed as from 29 December 2009.’
