Artikel 25 van de Machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG - Intrekking

Artikel 25 : Intrekking

Richtlijn 98/37/EG wordt ingetrokken.

Verwijzingen naar de ingetrokken richtlijn gelden als verwijzingen naar deze richtlijn en worden gelezen volgens de concordantietabel in bijlage XII.

On page 34, Article 25, first subparagraph:

for: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed.’,

read: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed as from 29 December 2009.’
