machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG

De nieuwe Richtlijn 2006/42/EG is van toepassing op machines sinds 29 december 2009. Als je zijn fabrikanten van machines, niet voltooide machines, veiligheidscomponenten, wat zijn de procedures die zullen gelden tijdens de certificering van uw producten? 
Voor elk item en eisen van de Machinerichtlijn, door deze site:

1. Identificeert de veranderingen tussen de eisen van de machinerichtlijn 1998/37/EC en 2006/42/EC
2. Voor de Machinerichtlijn en om de reeds door sommige fabrikanten verworven kennis te integreren, de tekst wijst op de nieuwe eisen van de Machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG door het identificeren van in het rood de passages onderhevig aan veranderingen en geeft een toelichting op de punten die zijn kan worden verward met verwijzingen naar andere schakels goede voorbeeld de lijst van geharmoniseerde normen, de RFU
3. Reactie van de verschillende eisen van de Machinerichtlijn van verschillende officiële bronnen gepubliceerd of worden gepubliceerd hoofdzakelijk van de Europese Commissie of een andere regelgevende organismen of Europese normalisatie-instellingen. Deze opmerkingen hebben betrekking op de preambule, de wettelijke bepalingen in de statuten vastgesteld, de essentiële veiligheids-gezondheids-en en op de verschillende bijlagen van de richtlijn en met name over de regels en eisen waaraan moet worden voldaan door fabrikanten van machines en veiligheidscomponenten.

Het staat ook gebruikers van machines en veiligheidscomponenten weten of als de producten die ze kopen en uit te voeren aan de eisen en regels van de Europese Unie (voornamelijk normen) en als ze niet in strijd wegens misbruik of omgeleid gebruik van machines.

Deze opmerkingen ook links naar referentiedocumenten het geven van vermoeden van overeenstemming met de essentiële eisen van de Machinerichtlijn. Dit stelt OEM's om te weten of hun machines altijd voldoen aan de regelgeving en ook dit stelt gebruikers in staat om te weten of de machines die ze kopen zijn altijd voldoen aan de normen en voorschriften.

Eindelijk ook de verschillende reacties onder de lijst van geharmoniseerde normen en de verschillende referenties documenten geven van vermoeden van overeenstemming.

Verschillende documenten verduidelijking eisen bestaan. Verscheidene zijn geschreven door de Europese Commissie, diverse publicatie van aangemelde instanties en in het bijzonder de toepassing gids van de machinerichtlijn in zijn tweede editie. De eerste editie dateert van december 2009. De tweede editie van juni 2010, die opmerkingen over de bijlagen III tot en met XI van de richtlijn opgenomen en gecorrigeerd een aantal fouten in de eerste editie van de gids.

Dus deze website biedt een overzicht en synthese van al deze officiële documenten waarin de uitleg over de eisen die gelden voor fabrikanten van machines en de informatie die zij moeten bieden aan gebruikers.

De vergelijking van Richtlijn 2006/42/EG en Richtlijn 98/37/EG wordt rood gemarkeerd in de tekst van de volgende voor artikel I: Scope.
